New Album
New Album

I know, I know, I know. I’m terrible.
Sorry everybody for disappearing for so long, but much like a bear, I have been experiencing a sort of musical hibernation. During this time I worked a few jobs, travelled, and enjoyed my freedom. But it wasn’t long before I started to get the itch for music again.
I think it was in February, that I called up my friend Jon, and we made plans for the new album. I had all the material, it just needed to be polished and recorded, so we rolled up our sleeves and got our hands dirty. 3 months into the project I contacted, songwriter/producer Andy Osenga to help me produce 5 of the tracks on the 13 track project. We made plans and in June, I hit the road again for Nashville to record.
Once again, it was an amazing experience. Andy and I worked really well together, and even co-wrote some lyrics for 2 of the songs on the album. We worked at Sputnik Sound over in Berry Hill, and Andy’s house, as well as Smoakestack, (for the drums and bass). Aaron Sands, bassist extraordinaire played some fat lines, and drummer Will Sayles just rocked the kit. That by far was my favorite day, hearing the songs really come to life.
I was happy to have a lot of different people involved in this project. Long time friends like Jonathan Penn Ben Smith, and Mitch Dane, as well as some new friends like Aaron Clowe, and Josh Smith (who plays a mean Ass-Jaw).
At this point, the tracking is done. Now, it’s just up to me to get the files to Vance, so he can mix it. I already, put some clips of the rough mixes on the site, so check ‘em out on the music player at the bottom of this page if you haven’t already.
